How hard is Z-Brush to work with, and Do you like working with it...thx Lou

Compared to other 3D applications it's very quick to learn and easy to use. I love working with it, I say this all of the time but it's a bit like working with clay.
If you want to try before you buy, you can download a demo from the Zbrush website.
How long do these pieces usually take you?

The 'soldier' pic, (you can check out the full pic in the gallery section) took about four hours.
The rest are about a full days work each.
